Carlyle on the Green’s atmosphere is a reenactment of the early 1930's with traditional elegance and pampered privacy. Carlyle is generally used as a catering hall for bridal showers, weddings, corporate meetings, golf outings and millstone parties. However, the restaurant that is a must-go-to located within Carlyle on the Green is Taste 99. The terraces capture a panoramic view of the 1,500 acre park and world famous Black Golf Course, site of the 2002 & 2009 US Open. It is a perfect spot for dining with friends and family. The cuisine is created by Executive Chef Phil Abshire, and combines a classic steakhouse menu with numerous fish dishes, all prepared with a special flair. The restaurant is open to the public for breakfast and lunch every day, and dinner Wednesday through Sunday. Reservations are highly recommended.
